Education and Business Standards
Regal Advisory Services, Inc. requires that its investment advisor representatives demonstrate one or more of the following achievements:
- A four-year college degree
- A proven history of applicable business experience in the securities industry
- CPA status in good standing
- Passage of the National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD) Uniform Investment Advisor Law Exam (Series 65 examination)
- Passage of both the NASD General Securities Representative Exam (Series 7 examination) and the NASD Uniform combined State Law Examination (Series 66 examination)
- Other professional designation as required by state regulations.
